Ordering
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $60, applied automatically at checkout. Under $60 it is a flat $4.95 internationally, or $3.99 within Turkey. The exact cost for your address is always shown before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimate for your address is calculated at checkout — we do not publish a single number here because it genuinely depends on where you are.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been dispatched yet, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will do our best to catch it.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Possibly. Import duties and VAT are not included in the price and are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country the carrier may collect them before delivery. If that happens and you would rather refuse the parcel, tell us and we will refund you in full once it returns to us.
Returns
What is the return window?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, plus our own 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused items in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

How do I charge a Solfetti fan?
Our rechargeable fans charge over USB. Use a computer USB port or a standard low-voltage USB charger rather than a high-wattage fast charger — the lower voltage is gentler on the battery over time.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before charging. Do not submerge any product with a battery in it.
Is it safe for children?
Our neck fans are bladeless, so there are no exposed moving blades. They are still electrical products with batteries — children should use them with an adult nearby, and no Solfetti product is a toy.
