Product Safety
Product safety & compliance
This page collects the safety information we can confirm for the products we sell, and is updated as supplier documentation reaches us.
General safety
- Our battery-powered products contain lithium-ion cells. Do not pierce, crush, immerse or expose them to open flame or sustained high heat, and do not leave them charging unattended or overnight.
- Charge from a computer USB port or a standard low-voltage USB charger. High-wattage fast chargers shorten battery life and can damage the electronics.
- Stop using any product that becomes hot, swollen, deformed or smells unusual, and contact us.
- None of our products is a toy. Children should use them with an adult nearby.
- Inflatable pool accessories are not life-saving devices and offer no protection against drowning. Never leave a child unsupervised in or near water.
Disposal & recycling (WEEE)
Electrical products and batteries must not be thrown away with household waste. Take them to a local collection point for electrical equipment or battery recycling. Where a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol appears on the product or packaging, this requirement applies.
Documentation still being completed
We are in the process of collecting and publishing the following for each product: the manufacturer's identity and address, the responsible person in the EU, model identifiers, declared technical specifications and the relevant CE / RoHS / WEEE documentation.
Until an item is listed here with that information, we do not make compliance claims about it. If you need a specific document before ordering, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we have it yet.
Reporting a safety concern
If you believe a product you bought from us is unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us through the Support page with your order number and photos. We treat every safety report as a priority.
