By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties and VAT are not included and are not collected at checkout — see our Shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

5. Order acceptance

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates, the free-shipping threshold and the delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. 8. Product use and safety

Our products are consumer accessories, not medical or safety equipment. Battery-powered items contain lithium-ion cells and must be charged and stored as described on our Product Safety page. Inflatable pool accessories are not life-saving devices and offer no protection against drowning.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Solfetti or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
